Susu Games ("we," "our," or "us") operates Sudoku Tactics (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the App, how it is used, and the choices you have. By downloading or using Sudoku Tactics, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information We Collect
The App has no account or login system, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or phone number. The following information is collected, mostly by the third-party services described below:
- Advertising Data: The App shows ads through Google AdMob. To deliver ads and measure them, AdMob collects device identifiers (on iOS, the advertising identifier (IDFA) only if you allow tracking, plus an app-specific vendor identifier; on Android, the advertising ID), your IP address (used to estimate your general location, such as country or city), information about the ads you see and interact with, basic device information (such as device model, operating system, and language), and diagnostic and performance data such as crash logs and app launch time.
- Usage Analytics: The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is played. It collects an app instance identifier, which screens you open, session information (such as how often and how long the App is used), basic device information, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and in-app purchase events (such as the product and price). This data is not associated with your name or email address.
- Purchase Information: If you make an in-app purchase (coins, swap charges, or Remove Ads), the purchase is processed by the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Billing (Android). We receive confirmation that a purchase was completed so we can deliver the purchased item or restore it later, but we do not receive or store your payment card details.
- Locally Stored Data: Your gameplay progress, in-app currency balance, purchases, and settings are stored only on your device. They are not synced to any server we operate and are deleted if you uninstall the App.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected to:
- Operate and maintain the App
- Deliver and restore purchased in-app items
- Show ads, including personalized ads where you have allowed it, and limit how often they appear
- Understand how the game is used so we can improve it
- Diagnose and fix technical issues
- Comply with legal obligations
Advertising and Your Choices
The App is free to play and is supported by ads. You can control how your information is used for advertising:
- App Tracking Transparency (iOS): The App asks your permission before your advertising identifier (IDFA) can be used to track you across other companies' apps and websites. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track," the IDFA is not shared and you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to you. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Consent in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland: If you are in one of these regions, the App asks for your consent through Google's consent form before personalized ads are shown. You can review or change your choice at any time from the App's Settings → Privacy settings.
- Advertising ID (Android): You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's settings.
- Remove Ads: The Remove Ads purchase stops the ads that play between missions. Optional ads that you choose to watch for a reward remain available.

International Transfers
Google and our other service providers may process data in the United States and other countries outside your own. Where required, these transfers rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Data Retention
User-level analytics data is deleted automatically after the retention period set in our Google Analytics settings, which is at most 14 months. Google keeps advertising data as described in its own privacy policy. Locally stored gameplay data remains on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its data. If you contact us by email, we keep your correspondence for as long as needed to resolve your inquiry.
Children's Privacy
Sudoku Tactics is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live (for example, in the EEA, the UK, or California), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Because the App has no accounts, we cannot link analytics or advertising data to you by name; you can limit it at any time with the choices in "Advertising and Your Choices" above. Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
